The Idols auditions hit Durban this week and hundreds of hopefuls pitched up at Moses Mabhida Stadium well before sunrise with the dream of making the big time. All shapes and sizes and varying degrees of talent and eccentricity baked in the sun and sweated in the studio holding onto the hope that they would be one of the fortunate few to receive a Golden Ticket to Sun City.
